Shipping & Returns

At Gunite Supply & Equipment, we strive to provide the best service and high-quality products. Below you will find important details regarding our shipping and returns policy.

Shipping Information

  • Countries Served: We currently only ship to the US and Canada via our online platform. If you’re outside of these territories, please contact us to place an order!
  • Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped Best Way Ground unless otherwise specified.
  • Processing Time: Orders with items in stock will ship within 24-48 hours of placing the order, excluding weekends, major holidays, and unforeseen company shutdowns.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following return policy details:

  • Return Window: We accept return claims within 30 days from the date of shipment.
  • Return Conditions: Returns are accepted for items in new, unused condition (as shown for new products).
  • Return Methods: Returns can be processed either at one of our warehouses or via a freight carrier. Please contact us for further details.
  • Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us at info@gunitesupply.com to request an RMA prior to shipping the product back. Returns that are shipped back to us without a Return Merchandise Authorization may experience delays or may not receive a refund.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to most returns, this fee may be applied or removed under GSE’s discretion, but will be automatically applied 30 days after shipment if product is returned.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Warranty

  • Machines: Each new Gunite Supply & Equipment machine is warrantied to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, for one year from the time of purchase. Gunite Supply & Equipment is not responsible to repair or replace any part which has been subject to misuse, negligence, alteration, or failure to comply with the supplied operating instructions. Gunite Supply & Equipment offers no warranty with respect to trade accessories, engines, electric motors, hydraulic motors or any other parts or accessories not manufactured by the Gunite Supply & Equipment. This warranty does not cover replacement of parts due to normal wear.
  • Parts: Gunite Supply & Equipment parts, consumables, and replacement accessories are covered under a 30 day limited warranty which begins from the date of shipment.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges on any product.

Shipping Labels for Returns

Gunite Supply & Equipment is not responsible for any return, claim, or warranty related freight. However:

  • Defect and Warranty Claims: If the return is related to an approved warranty claim, Gunite Supply & Equipment may choose to provide a prepaid shipping label for the return freight.
  • All Other Returns: If the return is NOT related to an approved warranty claim, the customer is held responsible for handling shipping arrangements and may not be provided a shipping label from Gunite Supply & Equipment.

All transactions are processed in USD only.

Full Warranty Statement

ALL SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT TO BE SOLD UNDER A LIMITED WARRANTY. Equipment failures resulting from improper use and/or caused by untrained or unqualified operators will void the Limited Warranty. Delivery and Startup Training Service is recommended for all new machine purchases.

Our machinery is designed to operate with a pumpable mix. Customers must verify with a member of our sales team that the mix they intend to use is pumpable.

Gunite Supply & Equipment Co. (The “Manufacturer”) hereby warrants each new machine to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, for one year from the time of purchase. The liability under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair at the Manufacturer’s factory, or at a point designated by the Manufacturer, or such part as shall appear to the Manufacturer upon inspection to have been defective in material or workmanship. The Manufacturer shall not be responsible for freight or transportation charges in connection with the replacement or repair of defective parts.

Manufacturer shall not be obligated to repair or replace any part which has been subject to misuse, negligence, alteration or failure to comply with the Manufacturer’s operating instructions. The Manufacturer makes no warranty with respect to trade accessories, engines, electric motors, hydraulic motors or any other parts or accessories not manufactured by the Manufacturer. The warranty does not cover replacement of parts due to normal wear.

This warranty is provided in place of any and all other representations or express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Manufacturer makes no other representations, warranty or promise with respect to its products other than is set forth herein and no person is authorized to make any representation, warranty or promise on behalf of the manufacturer other than as set forth herein. All implied warranties that exceed the aforestated obligation are hereby disclaimed by the Manufacturer and excluded from this agreement.

In no event shall the Manufacturer be liable for loss of profits, indirect, special or consequential damages.
